Rabbi Hirsch Rabiski

Rabbi Hirsch Rabiski, senior Rabbi and founder of the Maon Noam Congregation, was raised in Moscow during Communism, and secretly learned Torah with his grandfather and other Chabad Chassidim. The situation demanded great self sacrifice for the Torah, which he continues to exhibit to the present day. He continued his studies in Israel, France, and received Rabbinical ordination at Chabad Headquarters – 770 Eastern Pkwy, NY. After serving the Russian community in transit in Ladispoli, Italy for ten years together with his wife Rochel, he moved to Toronto, Canada, at the direction of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, to continue to be a mentor and guide to thousands of Russian immigrants and any Jew who is in need of spiritual and physical assistance.
